Analyst, Insights and Reporting

Whitireia and WelTec are looking for a skilled Analyst, Insights and Reporting to join our small Insights and Reporting team. In this role, you’ll help strengthen evidence‑based decision‑making by integrating data from key institutional systems and supporting high‑quality insights and reporting across the organisation.
You’ll maintain and develop business information systems, ensure accurate reporting to TEC, provide robust data quality assurance, and support the monitoring of enrolments, surveys and educational performance indicators.
We’re seeking someone with strong SQL capability, experience with SSIS/ETL tools, excellent analytical skills, and confidence working with Excel and Power BI. You’ll bring great communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
